Bland mel og bagepulver sammen og vend det forsigtigt i dejen, skiftevis med sm\u00f8rret. Vend den mosede banan i. H\u00e6ld dejen i en smurt franskbr\u00f8dsform (ca. 1 liter) og bag kagen nederst i ovnen. Vend den ud p\u00e5 en bagerist og lad den afk\u00f8le.
