Rulles ud og kommes i \u00a0bageform p\u00e5 ca. 26&#215;38 cm. Rarbarber blanding kommes i bages ved 200 g i ca. 20 min. Derefter piskes \u00e6ggehviderne til de er meget stive. Sukkeret piskes godt i og fordeles over kagen.
